|  The program and phase information on the Data and Maps website have recently been reviewed and updated. Users can now view information for programs before official compliance periods started (e.g., data for practice years) that was previously not linked to a program.

| Preliminary 2009 Q2 and resubmitted emissions (SO2 tons, NOx rate, NOx tons, and CO2 tons) and heat input are now available in Data and Maps. 2009 data includes data for the ARP, CAIR NOX Annual, CAIR NOX Ozone Season, CAIR SO2 Annual, RGGI, and SIP NOX programs. 2008 data includes data for the ARP, NBP, CAIR NOX Annual, and CAIR NOX Ozone Season programs.

| 2009 Q2 and resubmitted XML files are now available by selecting Prepackaged Data Sets in the Emissions section of Data and Maps.

| Historically, the emissions hourly and daily pre-packaged data sets have both been available packaged two ways -- daily data were in quarterly as well as annual bundles, and the hourly data were in monthly as well as quarterly bundles.
Beginning in 2009, these data sets will only be available packaged one way -- daily data in quarterly bundles, and hourly data in monthly bundles.

| Finalized 2008 emissions (SO2 tons, NOx rate, NOx tons, and CO2 tons) and heat input are now available in the Unit Level and Monitor Level Location Emissions Query Wizards.

| Due to the nature of the reporting process, Data and Maps emissions data have historically only been updated on a quarterly basis. In conjunction with a change to the reporting process, this update process is being automated. Starting in July, Data and Maps emissions data will be updated on a daily basis and the emissions pre-packaged data sets and XML files will be updated after the end of the reporting month. Also, a progress bar now appears in the Emissions section of Data and Maps. This progress bar shows the current percentage of emissions files that have been loaded into Data and Maps for the most recent reporting period.
